Reporting to: Head of Sales

Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Benefits: company vehicle, I-Phone, laptop. OTE £45k+ (uncapped)

Commission: Monthly revenue signed x1.5 multiplier, paid monthly in arrears after installation.

Annual Bonus: Achieve 5% growth in customer portfolio – £2,000

Ideal Location: Midlands region: postcodes ST, DE, NG, LE, B, CV, WS, WV, DY, NN, MK, OX

Responsibilities:

You will build and maintain relationships with existing Almas customers in the UK via the telephone, email and regular site visits.

  • Customer service call to all new customers within one month of installation – see how they are getting on and give post-install pack within three months via a site visit.
  • Keep a regular calling schedule for all active customers
  • Book site security audits with the customer; which involves an account review, a routine health check and a walk of the site to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; prioritising those with no recent contact.
  • Update Microsoft Dynamics CRM with all customer contact, quotes and the site security audit report form.
