We wanted to provide you with a covid-19 update to let you know that we are fully open and supporting customers across the UK and Ireland in line with Government restrictions. We are adhering to all recommendations around safe systems of work, self-isolation if required and a daily self declaration and temperature checking of our teams. We would ask that our customers understand if an installation, appointment or service has to be moved due to self isolation or a positive test. 

In the UK we have signed up for workplace tests; our field teams, both commercial and engineers are testing twice per week and recording the results on our employee daily check and with the NHS test and trace app. Our office teams test twice a week and remote employees test any time that they travel to meet with either customers, members of the public or colleagues.


We are serious about the protective measures and steps we have taken to keep our teams and your business safe from infection moving forwards.


In line with Government guidelines and to slow the spread of COVID-19 all employees have undergone Covid training and been provided with PPE.

Covid-19 employee protection policy

Our policy implements a daily checklist for employees which includes recorded temperature checks of all employees before they leave their house each day. We’ve now added workplace testing for UK employees.

We’ve trained our teams on the procedures they should follow to maximise hygiene before and after each site visit and to reduce the possibility of infection transmission while in customers’ premises.
