I don’t normally write reviews. However Shane our engineer went above and beyond to rectify a situation which was due to a third party supplier.
Having waited for weeks to have a part manufactured - the company sent Almas the wrong part.
Shane could have walked away from the job and waited for a correct part to arrive. (possibly weeks later)
His can do attitude was great ! Rather than letting us down, he thought outside the box, found a solution for the problem and proceeded to fit the new part!
